Become to the configuration file(s) location. Open `config.ini` with a text editor. Search for `Resolution=` and `Aspect=` under `[Display]`. Supercede the numerical value in `Resolution=` and `Attribute=` to desired values (e.g. 2560x1080, 21:ix). Save the changes. Notes UI will be stretched, causing many elements to appear off-middle. On the latest patch this doesn't seem to work in fullscreen or borderless modes. To still get ultrawide put the game into windowed way and use Borderless Gaming if you don't want the borders. UI bug are still present.
